The easy-to-use and interactive process and document management allows you to map the specifications for your organization quickly and individually.
All documented information and processes can be edited efficiently, released and approved effectively, and stored directly linked to the protected data in the DaIM App.
Support for electronic document control including revision management makes revision and maintenance in DaIM fast and straightforward. Document management in DaIM is done via M365 SharePoint and supports all common document types (e.g. Microsoft® Office, PDFs, CAD drawings, images, etc.). All documents are categorized by locations, processes, standards and other meta-data. Documents and records are classified and labeled according to individual security guidelines (DSGVO) and retention periods.
Links to standards and regulations allow standard reference documents to be created and supported. The powerful full text search allows documents and records to be found quickly and systematically.
Documented information and verification documents (e.g. organizational charts, audit reports, policies, scopes, protocols, job descriptions, operating instructions, risk assessments, etc.) are automatically generated from the management system data – without duplicate entries.
DaIM contains an interactive process map that supports the user in entering, searching or adapting documents and data.
In DaIM, the business and management system processes are developed according to common model notations and automated in the DaIM App. With the generated event logs and the default processes, DaIM lays the groundwork for automatic conformance testing of business processes using process mining.
The digitized workflows and business rules (Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Workflows) are directly linked to the document management.
The Business Process Flows enable intuitive and user-supported data entry and ensure process-oriented handling of management system requirements.
