DaIM can be used in two ways. On the one hand, DaIM can be fully integrated into your enterprise environment.
Thereby you have direct access to the data, and the security features of your Azure environment. In addition, DaIM is fully integrated with Dynamics 365 and, MicrosoftS Teams. DaIM can also be used via any browser and mobile – on the road, at the customer site or in production.
On the other hand, DaIM can also be used as an online solution. In this case, the DaIM Q-HSE-E-I platform is used, which is controlled via the browser.
DaIM is based on Microsoft’s Power Platform. The data is held in Azure Dataverse and dynamically analyzed via PowerBI. The management review is updated live in PowerBI embedded and distributed role-based.
Communication is done via MS Teams in channels as chats, posts or online conferences.
Records and documented information are stored and used directly from the app in SharePoint. The complete integration of Microsoft Office tools is a matter of course. Data is synchronized via OneDrive Business.
Customer feedback and qualification records are easily captured with MS Forms integration and are available for analysis in DaIM’s database.
Through the integration of AI tools in the Power Platform, DaIM is able to automate processes of the management system.
